A delightful trip in seven movements in POLLY, the composer's former vehicle bequeathed to her by a family who returned to their homeland of India. Polly served the composer for seven years as she traversed the great state of New Jersey teaching youngsters how to sing Broadway vocal styles, and served as music director for aLOT of community music theatre productions. POLLY finally died on the West Side Highway in September 2008 near the Fieldston School in the Bronx. Saxophonists and pianists will enjoy this dramatic and parodic romp which requires advanced techniques for both keyboard and saxes.
